Property Adjusters are responsible for making contact with a policyholder or claimant to set up an appointment to inspect damages to the risk location, assess damage to prepare an accurate scope of work and estimate for repairs, document all activities, and ensure excellence in customer service throughout.

Whether the position be from the field, or in-office, adjusters provide the important service of ensuring the accurate and timely closure of claims during one of the most stressful times in the policyholders or claimants life.

  • Comply with all guidelines set forth by both Inspection Depot as well as the client services are being provided for, including estimating guidelines, customer service, and claim cycle times.
  • Pay for all incurred expenses during a deployment including; travel, living expenses, transportation, and equipment. Fee’s that are incurred as a direct result of inspection such as ferry fee’s, aerial reports, or ladder/drone assist services are generally reimbursed or paid directly by the client, though this will be on a case by case, and approval, basis.
  • Understand that claims are provided as they come, with some years and seasons providing high volume throughout, and others being very slow with limited activity.
